That’s beautiful, Kelly. I will have a cocktail tonight, in honor of my friend, and I’ll remember the little things he taught me about the craft of mixology: “Hold the mixing spoon this way; Minimize the bubbles while you’re stirring; Try the Walnut Bitters in a Manhattan; Here’s the difference between Lillet Blanc and Cocchi Americano; Best to have just one strong drink in an evening.” And above all: “Experiment.”
